Shipping Information & General Info

- Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.  Any order containing a preorder style release will ship all at once. Typically, preorders held through UD are made to order, so anticipate longer shipping times to allow for manufacturing. I am one person and I do my best to ship orders promptly but I do have a life outside of selling black metal tapes haha, please be patient.

- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ACCEPTED ON WEBSITE. Do NOT place an international order if you are not prepared to pay the shipping cost. Shipping rates will vary depending on weight, size, place of destination, etc. If you place an international order, expect an email with a shipping invoice. If you're shipping invoice is not paid in a timely manner, your order will be cancelled. Shipping costs can be paid via PayPal, Cash App and Venmo. Various distros will have copies of all official Unmatched Dominance releases in all parts of the world. Your order will be cancelled if you do not follow order instructions.

- All orders ship from the United States, all prices listed in USD, and all shipping invoices are in USD.

- Unmatched Dominance carries items from all sorts of artists. Just because an item is being stocked on the website doesn't mean that this label advocates for anything specific. If you don't like what you see, please take your business elsewhere. Some of these items may be frowned upon in certain parts of the world, some may even be illegal. I will not hesitate to cancel and refund an order that may cause trouble, both locally and internationally. Please be educated on your local laws before placing an order. Unmatched Dominance is not responsible for the content of any products sold.

- Please provide a phone number at checkout if purchasing from outside of the US. This is needed for the customs form to ship your order. Not required for US orders.

- Unmatched Dominance is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders. Every precaution to prevent this from happening will be taken while packaging your order. Every order will receive tracking via email after your order has been shipped.

-All used/misc items on the Unmatched Dominance store come in various conditions. The photos pictured are of the item that you will be receiving. Most shirts have been worn once or twice, others are in rougher condition. Flaws are seen in the photos and described in the description. If nothing is mentioned, it is most likely unplayed, unworn, has minor shelf wear, in great condition, etc.. If you are unhappy with the condition of the item you receive, no refunds or replacement copies are available. If you do not agree with the terms above, do not order.

- All requests to buy new releases early, holding items, sold out releases, etc., will be ignored.
